For the price OK. 12 volt 55 watt halogen bulb. Mounted in Hella DE fog lamps. Bulbs came very wel packed, good protected. Emitting light is white. I think that Philips bulbs are a little bit better then Osram. Warning: do NOT buy blue bulbs , they are bad , less light !
